Over the course of the last 12 years, I have been drawn to the world of energy healing and the powerful effect it can have on emotional healing. Energy healing came seeking me rather than me seeking it. Time and again, I have seen what it can do in changing lives. When I do sessions with my clients, we are able to release false beliefs and trapped emotions that have plagued them for years. Releasing emotions tied to issues that have blocked them from progressing helps them gain a new lease on life. I call these “energy blocks.” Energy blocks are the unresolved issues or emotions that were never completely released, processed, cleared or healed. They have been bottled up in the body; needing to get out because of damage done emotionally and physically to a person’s wellbeing.

Having experienced physical abuse and a painful divorce, I had participated in counseling over the course of a few years. My counselor was amazing and insightful and progress was made with great clarity. Skeptical and naïve about energy healing, I was curious to see what it could do for me as well. Just after one session I was amazed at the lightness I experienced afterwards and a great sense of healing. Counseling had helped me put the puzzle pieces together but the energy healing helped me dig to the root and release where the pain began in the first place.
